I was traveling North bound on I-35 Saturday night and my Volvo S60 started sputtering and eventually became non-drivable ten miles South of Norman. I called my brother Jeff, who lives in Norman and he suggested that I take it your place. I had the car towed to your garage late that night and by Monday Morning you had looked at the car and diagnosed the problem and then called me to describe the situation and ask if I would like to make the repair.
The fuel filter was bad and it was repaired at a reasonable price in a matter of a one day!
I am writing this letter to let you and others know that not only do I appreciate your quick action on the car but also to acknowledge your honesty and integrity while the Volvo was at your garage.
Your follow up call the next day was also appreciated. I had driven back to Tulsa the night after your repair and the car operated just great.
